The Zarc label is a little over 12 months old and it’s now solely run by Vanessa Zacharia. You might remember my love of this dress?
Zarc offers garments from size XXS to 4XL in fabrics made for summer. I’m loving this shorts and top outfit from the Zarc spring-summer 2019 collection. You get the look of a playsuit but with the convenience of separates.
I photographed these pieces together last Friday afternoon just before friends were coming over for an end-of-school gathering. It felt like such a great outfit on, that I didn’t change!
I’ve tucked in the top, the effect being that the overlay almost meets the top of the shorts but this works equally well if not tucking.
The garments are 100% cotton, so cool and comfortable, but it’s the eyelet detailing that sets this pair apart.
Yes, I’ve worn these pieces casually with a statement slide but they can also be dressed up with heels or wedges. If it were cooler, I’d add a blazer.
As for wearing black in summer (or at any time of the year), I’m SO here for that.
This garment was gifted to me for editorial consideration.
We’re popping the prosecco this Friday evening
We’ve popped up again in Brisbane in a fabulous studio spot in Paddington, behind the Thousand Island boutique at 129 Latrobe Terrace, Paddington. We’ll be open Tuesday-Saturday from until December 18.
This Friday evening, December 6, 4-7pm, we’re joining in the Paddington Christmas Fair fun ... it really is a lovely annual evening out if you live nearby in Brisbane.
We’re popping the prosecco and serving up a Say Cheese platter on the deck of our store. Come on in and say hi!
We’ve got stock of your favourite shapes and plenty of gift options for girlfriends, sisters, mums and … yourself!
This Saturday, December 7, we’ll also have a special guest popping up in store with us to help with your gift buying inspiration. Ronnie, from Ronnie & Co planners (my fave planners) will be in store. And one lucky customer on the day will win a Ronnie & Co prize pack valued at $100.
