2012 New Year

In 2012, I will:

Keep blogging

Sob as my eldest two kids do Year 11 and 12

Ditto as my youngest starts Year 1

Go to bed before 10pm 11pm 12pm every most nights

Re-acquaint my feet with my runners … if only I could find them

Acknowledge that while words might be my thing, I may need to understand get a grip on numbers too

Hang out more with my girlies … the ones who live around the corner and the ones who don’t

Hang out more with my husband

Laugh

Cry

Shop with restraint  mindfully

Go to New York

What does 2012 look like for you? Hope it’s a good one x

  1. I am always in trouble with the resolutions for the next year. Some call them goals. I am afraid to plan big things, because I don’t want to feel disappointed. I only want to reach my goals with baby steps, but many of them. My first baby step for 2012 is to clean up:)

  2. I also have to find my joggers. Went for a brisk walk the other night in blue, butterfly thongs. Probably not so good for the posture! Hnye to you too. Happy that I ‘discovered’ you in 2011!

  3. Top of my 2012 list is 1) Be more proactive in managing my arthritis 2) Blog more often. As I wake from a lengthy afternoon nap with a shandy ony mind it appears neither will be kick started today. X

  4. I can sympathise with you over the year 11 & 12 – my oldest did year 12 in 2011 and it was a really tough year! My youngest is doing year 11 this year so at least I have an idea of what I am in for. Wishing both of us luck in 2012!

  5. Hi there….2012 is going to ROCK!
I have registered in the Australia Day Fun Run and my goal this year is to complete 5km run and work my way to the 10km in October.
Launch yourself into it…find a running partner to commit to and mark it on your calendar the days you intend to exercise, what ever shape or form it comes in. I have one running buddy and two walking friends…well three if you count my loyal companion, Mr R. 🙂

  6. Hang out more with your girlies … oh I like that VERY much. And when I read “Go to New York” … I gave an audible sigh because IT’S JUST SO EXCITING. Love love love you. HARD.
