The Styling You reader shopping directory is up

Nikki Parkinson Fashion 19 Comments

A few weeks ago I put the call out to Styling You readers. I wanted to get inside your shopping heads. To find out where you shop for clothes. To find out which stores REALLY get YOU.

Thanks so much to all those who contributed. You’ve help to uncover some hidden gems around Australia. And you’ve also helped me to understand which stores and labels you like more of featured here on Styling You.

I love that you all love a bargain but most of you like to splash out a bit occasionally and show off an individual style as well.

The list is by no means definitive. I actually want this to be something that we all keep adding to so that it’s a great resource for you to come back to if you’re scratching your head and wondering where you need to look for your next fashion purchase.

So … without further ado … click over here to check it out.

And because I love over-sized clutches as much as I like shopping ... a gratuitous Pinterest photo for your Friday

If you have a store, label or designer you’d like to add to the list, leave a comment below. If you own a store and you’d like your entry to stand out, then email me: [email protected] about placing a banner ad in the listing.

Happy shopping!

  1. This is such a great resource Nikki! I love how in Australia there is a real desire to buy locally designed/produced fashion, and it’s an instinct us bloggers have a big interest in supporting as the diffusion of local talent in our local shops is what keeps our style lives so interesting!

      1. Hi, Thanks for asking.

We have a few clothes shops but there are two standouts.

Abby Lee Fashion Boutique, Landsborough Avenue, Scarborough. Their target market would be 30+. Nice clothes and some NZ labels. Some younger pieces too.

Orange Sherbet. They have two shops. One in Redcliffe and the other in Kippa Ring. These are young, fun, fashionable pieces. 20+ but I still find plenty I like too.

        Thanks,
        Rachel
