Feeling a bit hot and sweaty? Yes, Stylers, summer is officially just three weeks away. Which means a few things.

1. I will go to the beach and actually swim in the water. I’m wuss when it comes to water temperature.

2. I will dust off my summer cocktail recipes and declare happy hour on a daily weekends-only basis.

3. I will aim to wear as little clothing as possible while still maintaining a moderate sense of public decency.

4. I will only cook outside on the Weber.

All of the above will somehow get me through the stickiest months of the year that really don’t seem to agree with my delicate disposition. Umm, hello swollen cankles I’m looking at you.

  4. Mum wouldn’t make me a skirt when I was about 10 years old so I cut the fork out of my new homemade shorts. I remember walking around the town with my bestie thinking that my skirt looked great when in actual fact you could see where I didn’t quite cut straight. That was one long hot summer spent in my room grounded as punishment.
