Black, white and red are staple colourways and earlier this summer we saw a gorgeous melon colour. Now new for January is the Grey Marle Summer 2010 collection.
wYse bodywear director Liz Parsons has taken a refreshing stance on late summer and created a special limited edition collection for women seeking pared-back chic infused with a Hampton’s sensibility.
The wYse Grey Marle collection features strappy and strapless dresses to dress up or down, sassy ankle and circle skirts, the versatile low back T, sleek singlet and wrap tops, and a pretty puff top for total femininity. Fave among the wYse team: the go-anywhere sleeveless wrap top ($88) and floaty ankle skirt ($176 – can be worn as a strapless dress). See the image below.
This limited edition collection ticks all the boxes when it comes to the wYse label: sensual signature modal fabrication that moves and breathes with your body, easy-wear, anti-crease, mix-and-match pieces to take you from dawn-to-dusk and dusk-to-dawn, flexibility of design to create different looks to reflect your personality, and wYse is made in Australia.
“I created the limited edition Grey Marle to be worn on its own or pared with crisp summer white or sultry black pieces from the wYse Basics range as well as your own favourites,” Liz said.
“Grey Marle is a great wardrobe staple because of its chameleon-like quality. In addition to black and white, it can also be partnered or layered with a broad colour palette. For example: add Mediterranean-inspired blues such as cerulean and aqua or summery fuchsia pink to dress it up and add sparkle to your overall look. Paring Grey Marle with soft pastels or white will produce a soothing weekend-at-the-beach feel. You simply make it work for you.”
The limited edition wYse Grey Marle will be available at selected boutiques from January 2010.
