Thank-YOU and Merry Christmas 2012

I’ve had so much to be thankful for in 2012. So much.

But this message is for YOU.

YOU: The beautiful, caring, wonderful and respectful readers.

YOU: The astute and supportive advertisers and sponsors.

YOU: The bloggers with whom I’m privileged to work alongside … in an industry that’s just finding its feet.

You make this the best job that I’ve ever had.

And I thank-you for making that possible.

This weekend I’ll be gathering with my family for the first of our Christmas celebrations.

The shopping is done but there are presents still to be wrapped and desserts to be made (I’m down for this raspberry dark chocolate brownie and Eton’s Mess).

There are nana naps to be had and cocktails to be made. And enjoyed.

Love getting a bit dressy at Christmas – but definitely nothing green or red … old photo phobia where I look like an elf!! Actual outfit dependent on Melbourne’s weather (expecting 36 Sunday, but maybe only 22 on Tuesday!!). Have enjoyed your blog and facebook posts. I am so glad you have had such a fab year Nikki ,you are the nicest,most helpful blogger and freindly too, and I wish you the most wonderful Christmas with your family and I hope Santa brings you something nice:) It has been a pleasure to read your blog everyday,I love it and thanks for all your advice over the year.I have wrapped all the presents,just finished my pedi and now only have to cook.I am going to my Sister In law for lunch on christmas day and then to visit my parents in the evening,just a bit sad I won’t see my sister but we will catch up next weekend,we take it in turns for lunch and dinner to be fair.I am wearing my Blue and white maxi kaftan and I am sure to see what your wearing on Instagram.Enjoy the bubbles and the nana naps I will be having a few of those too and stay safe and healthy xo
