I have a little habit. At the end of a really hard day, I like to open up a new browser on my laptop and treat myself to a bit of bling. Little Wildrose is a fantastic place to spoil yourself. It’s filled with gorgeous handmade clutches, handbags and beautiful jewellery. I’m definitely an addict!
What do you sell in your store?
We stock a gorgeous range of genuine leather handbags and clutches, a fabulous collection of jewellery and accessories, and offer a very exclusive and unique range of clutches handmade by Little Wildrose in our Queensland studio.
How did the idea for your store come about?
Little Wildrose started as an outlet for creativity while at home with my first child. I had so much positive feedback and encouragement over my first handmade clutch collection that really confirmed I was on the right track with my endeavour and from there I continued to have sellout collections of my handmade clutches and so we expanded from there. We were excited to open our new online store at the start of 2012 which also brought to our product line a new range of jewellery, handbags and accessories which have been a hit with our lovely customers.
What is your career background?
I started working very young, and had completed a hairdressing apprenticeship by age 19. I left the industry at 20 to pursue corporate employment and gained a varied skill set during my time in the corporate world. I left work age 24 whilst pregnant with my first baby and Little Wildrose was born from there.
Who is your key customer?
A Little Wildrose addict is stylish, takes pride in their appearance and loves beautiful, unique things.
How do you make it easy for your online customers to buy from you?
We are extremely proud of our online store and ensure it is up to date and easy to navigate. Online shopping is only part of the Little Wildrose experience with our customers visiting our website to browse outfit inspiration via our ‘Look Book’ and create their own style with our ‘You Create’ style app. We communicate with our customers and give them the personal acknowledgment and attention they would receive in a bricks and mortar shop. We also provide a handy online chat function on our website during office hours where they can ask anything they like, or just say hello!
Do you sell in person or in a physical store as well?
Little Wildrose is only available as an online store at this stage.

What’s next for your online store?
Umm, world domination! Haha. We have a big year ahead which includes relocating our HQ to a larger space, a very exclusive range of handmade envelope clutches which are currently under development, and continuing to bring an amazing range of handbags, clutches and accessories to our customers.
